For those who are confused now, I'll just say that Machinima is Machine Cinema, or, more simply, movies made using video games. From comedy to drama, Machinima is nearly as varied as actual TV.
Anyways, half the time, I don't find out about a new episode until days after it comes out. So if people can try to post any updates they find about various series, that'd be great.
Anyways, newest episodes include:

Red vs Blue: Reconstruction: Chapter 5--Roosterteeth
Retaliation: Episode 5: Escalation--Third Day Productions (its a COD4 Machinima)
Nothing new on Pre-game Lobby. But there are 3 parts of the final Deus Ex Machina that recently came out.

DigitalPh33r is going on vacation for a month or two, but he says that he'll do a new Arby and the final Act (4) of Deus Ex when he gets back. He also says he has an idea for a new series.
