Viking1, not sure of what you mean. Usually when I make an avatar for somebody, I need to start from a picture that person would like to see as their avatar. Do you have a picture online or on your computer I could use?

I'll do that now,

Open microsoft paint, go to the image bar, and select Resize/Skew. Lower the percentage of width and height.

((be sure they are lowered by the same percentage, for example if width is lowered by 50, the height should be to))

Hit apply, and save

And I do care about differences in some cases, but in others I dont notice

And terra, you do a great job of helping out in this site, thanks for all the work you put into this stuff

I'm sure plenty of people would like to help you, but it usually helps if you have a picture in mind

Hey dear, update your pictures, you're not talking about the right thing. Check post #1009 and give me a break. I go as far as the original picture allows me. The background there wasn't added by me, check his series of pictures and you'll understand. He didn't ask me to modify his background so I didn't.

Do your work and let me do mine. I know what I am doing.

I was talking to regimas when I said "No offense" not to Terra. Also I just got what Terra meant by post 1009. Call me a noob but I never knew that topic posts were kept track of, I thought she meant HER 1009th post (witch there isn't any) so sorry for not reading now I get it. I was admitting that I wrong and that "quality is a big deal" not trying to start anything. So I am sorry for the misunderstandings again and hope we can "drop it"

I am seriously not good at this sort of stuff, I was hoping someone could find a viking image, or something classy and shoot me the work.  I googled VIKING IMAGES and there were some pretty cool first few images, maybe even the MINNESOTA VIKING logo.

I found a Minnesota Viking logo. I have edited it a bit as I did not think the image quality was very good. If you like it I can resize it for you or even make any necessary improvements :D

Fett II, for the animation you can forget it. Your file is 400k. If I compress the file for the required avatar file size (max 10k), your animation will be LAME. You won't see your image anymore at all.

Starting to be demanding aren't we?...

I think Green should get his own photo program. Doesn't have to be the $900 version of photoshop, most basic ones cover a good portion of the most frequently used tools. This way you can have all sorts of fun making your own avs, and strange digital effects, and over have fun with it. You're intitled to have your av be the way you like it, but sometimes its hard to convey what you want. And it can be stressful to try to please someone that has their own ideas. Then you can change your av whenever you want, and learn some stuff that can come in handy for things outside of the BFFC.
