We have a MySpace. We could have a Facebook page.
Where MySpace uses usernames and avatars, Facebook uses real names and real pictures. Where MySpace is popular with younger users, Facebook is certainly well adopted with high school and college students.
I just checked and someone else started a "Boba Fett Fan Club" on Facebook. It has nothing to do with this site.
Should we represent? Do many of you have Facebook accounts?
Update: Become a Fan of BobaFett.com on Facebook.

I have a MySpace, but I don't have a Facebook. And I use my real name and picture on my MySpace page.
I thought the Boba Fett Fan Club on Facebook was you Aaron. Apparently not. I would join it in a heart beat of course.
We can make a page for the "website," as "BobaFett.com" or "BobaFettFanClub.com." Or as a "public figure," as "Boba Fett." Hmm...
aaron@bobafettfanclub.com
that would be cool, I would totally add you as a friend on facebook :D
I don't have FaceBook; what am I missing?
Here we go!
You can now be a "fan" of "BobaFett.com" on Facebook. Give this a test drive before I make some more noise about it:

I'm becoming a fan as we speak. I don't have a myspace, because Facebook is much more professional and useful. See you guys online =P.

Excellent. I wonder if we can get to 10 "fans" by the end of the day. I could send out a message on MySpace and on the Hunter's Journal newsletter..

Now i know i am the last person on earth that doesn't have a myspace or a facebook.
"Suggestion: Electrocution works well. Evisceration and Decapitation are also effective, or um, so I've heard."

We'll get there.
But this is The Boba Fett Fan Club. Since 1996.
"Boba Fett Fan Club" with 800 is a Facebook group, too. Our presence on Facebook is in a different place.
You can always change your membership, too. ;)
aaron@bobafettfanclub.com

It appears as though many people are able to join in even without accounts. So, if for some reason you're not interested in Facebook, you can still participate there.

Am now a fan. Whee. :)
Can we get to 100 fans by October 1st? We're close!

Well I finally created a Facebook page, have now joined the chaos :P
It was like thousands of voices cried out for a sequel and were suddenly silenced...
7 people away from 100 fans! :O
aaron@bobafettfanclub.com
Made it. 102 fans as of today!
Onward, upward.

Wow, I just exited facebook to see what's going on over here...I do believe I'm a fan...Are all of the fans on the Facebook page from the BFFC? I've found that alot of pictures look familiar from the Post a Picture of Yourself thread.
―Boba Fett
there are a handful of BFFCers on the Facebook page, but there also a lot of non-BFFCers there.
All are fans of the site. Not all are members of the message board. :)
