Hello all,

Just like to put out a thanks to Aaron for getting our boards back up.  Some of us are aware of what happened.  There was an explosion in the boards hosting domain (theplanet.com)  which caused a shut down of all the servers.

Here is all the information so no one goes screaming about what happened and stuff.

yeah, a whole ton of websites went down due to that explosion.

I know the boards at marvel.com claimed my account was banned even though I've rarely even posted nevermind anything offending.  But that was back up within a day.

ah, some other site i go to (gametoast.com) was down from this explosion, but they were back up within 28 hours. how long was the BFFC down for? oh, and did anyone see that South Park episode where they lost the internet? lol.

I'm so glad the boards are back! I think they were down for over a week now? Anyway, I didn't hear anything on an explosion, so I didn't know what was going on, but I'm glad everything's ok now.

I sent the BFFC Myspace a message when you were logged in the other day, but I don't guess you got it.
But it's good to have the boards back, some of us began to show withdrawal symptoms. :P

I was banned from Marvel.com as well, before I had a chance to post ANYTHING. They don't know what the heck they're doing.

At first I thought that it was my computer acting up or something.


                        But a couple days later chewy called me and said that he couldnt get on.



                      Then I found out what happened.

o yea i remember when that happened. I spent every hour for a week trying to get on and i was thinking i had done something to get me banned. I had started to panic cause i was like 4 weeks old on the site. But once it came back up i felt better lol

The 'explosion' in the server gave me a nice break from posting. (I love silverlinings :P)

i just missed the whole thing, cuz I just moved the week of and hadnt gotten my DSL account up yet...i was worried I'd have a lot of catching up to do.

Well i thought i was banned or that my computer was being gay too, cause there have been so many times when my computer just refused to show a site. But then i would go on the same site at a friend's house and it would come up perfectly fine...then go back home and go on and the site still wouldn't be up lol
