Sheild thingy, like shown there, Firesprays in place of Horses, Mythosaur skull in top right and bottom left, Fett's symbol thingy in empty spaces

im making it on photoshop right now

ok i got the coat done but its kind of crude. i couldnt do flames so its realy basic. how do i put it in a post?

I like it, but it looks kinda plain to me.. Just brainstorm for now, people. If we're to have an emblem of our own, it should be symbolic and at least well thought of.
So, what do you propose?

What about Bobba's helmet on top, instead of the regular ones presented there?

what about Jangos blue helmat on the left and bobas green one on the right and than the slave 1 in the botom half?
it would be hard to do but i could do it when i have the time

That one looks SWEET Alo!  Maybe different colors though, like a red or dark background.  Just a thought

YEA! its way cooler than the one i made but Ralin Drakus is right about a darker backround. what about a blood red that slowly fades in to a black?

Yeah, as I said it's just an idea. I'd have to make the school black if you wanted the background red...but I do like the fade idea.
And when I said you should post this at the AMM thread I men like requesting it or something else now that a few people are working on this I don't know if it's necessary.

Alo is that photoshopped or is there a custom crest making program that i don't know about?

i have photoshop CS3 on my computer but i have no idea how to use it so i just used paint.
Note:im not computer illiterate its just i have no use for it and never use it. but back on topic... ill try to put the fade in with photoshop tomarrow after i learn how to use it.

Is it the BFFC coat of arms or the Boba Fett coat of arms? If its for the BFFC then the Mando'a would be super. Perhaps Boba could learn some? I'm sure it would help in regards to being a Mand'alor.

i like the mando'a motto because it is very symbolic. its like "e plubius unium" on the doller bill. i still havent learned how to put the fade in with photoshop so any one that could help please do so.

i used the font i used insted of the starwars font because ive always seen boba as being hightech and this font is more hightech.
NEW EDIT i added black to the backround and added a mandalorian proverb. this could be final by my standards.

Perhaps we don't need the basic (or english) translation in the real version. I think the Mando'a does just fine on its own. Like there isn't english AND latin on the dollar.

But to be serious I think this is kind of a stupid idea..........coats of arms are for families of Europe as mine....and are not to be disrespected by simply MAKING UP one......
Im sorry, but this is kind of disrespectful to me, because it took recognition back in the ol english days for my italian family to earn thier seal........and now poeple are simply just.........MAKING them.....

I think it is a fine idea my family also has a cote of arms (I'm Basque http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basques )
but I do not think it hurts my honor in any way. Lot of groups have a cote of arms car companies,sports companies, law firms, and so on. I don't see why we should not make a cote of arms, or how it in any way is disrespectful to you or your ancestors.

Do you know where the "Layer" window is (?) go there and select the font layer, then click "type" scroll around and find the one you like best.

This one is really funky :D

The only thing that I am not sure about it is the Mythosaur skull. I think it would look better if it was centred and whole.

Is it possible to change the font? If you can, I'd suggest using something like the one in this image: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/83/Burzum-1992-Burzum.jpg . Thats just a suggestion, of course.

Wow, I've never seen draco use an exclamation point before, so I guess this isnt all that bad. I mean, just for fun or whatever........its fine I guess. I have my family coat of arms/seal on the wall next to the computer.........the famous BONANNO crime family!
But, if were going to make a BFFC coat of arms, it should be proffessional ( no offense) :/

I see your point TW, trying to protect the Honor of families who have a crest, but unless we were mocking real crests or purpously using existing ones for the purpose of belittling them, this is fine.  We're doing what they did; creating one.  There was a time when those families didn't have a crest, and took it apon themselves to make one.  Some thing here.  We love Boba and the expanded univers around him enough that we are going to create a crest to Honor him and represent ourselves as his fans

I think it's a great idea!  Maybe someday, with Aaron's ok when the site gets it's next overhaul, we could have the best crest as a sort of transparent background on all the pages  :D

Thats a great idea about the backround!! But I was thinking a little smaller, maybe like an icon or something on the banner of BFFC??? If were talking backrounds, I'd LOVE for this site to have someething like a Boba fett myspace layout! But thats a wholenother story. Good thinking!
