Coming to theaters whenever George Lucas dies.
Black armor with tall black boots; gray flight suit; red trim around visor; dark blue sash under ammo belt
Black shiny armor (sorta like how Vader's armor is shiny) and a black jumpsuit under it. This would be complemented with silver & royal highlights....yesssssss that would be it!
Beskaryc Beroya
Was that like a megatron yes? :P Anyway. Mine would be a deep green as the breast plate. And red other armor. For lack of a better word. And I would have a bit more armor. As per the Neo-crusaders.
There are quite a few different colour variations to Mandalorian armour which do you think looks the best and why?
I love Boba's, mainly because it's the original and that's what I expect to see.
original? hardly. and i'd have Gold beskar'gam, with a 3-sided blade and a custom Verpine sidearm AND sniper. and a coupla blasters and 'nades, for when i want things to go BANG!!! lol
--Captain Dynamic--
Same as boba, minus the jetpack but with some different trophies, and a red/grey/black scheme.
This was drawn by Cujo for my mando character Kal'ak

he's got a saber too? nice. Is he force sensitive?
--Captain Dynamic--
Lost an arm to a Jedi, had his revenge :D
Interrogations are hard...
now THAT'S tough. those jedi don't go down easily, even to a mando......
--Captain Dynamic--
He had help. and was lucky very very very lucky. Might want to add a few more "very"s
Interrogations are hard...
yeah. Help always....helps. Now, Kad'ika, if trained, would have an easier time of it. or all of the Omega and Delta.
cloned or mech arm?
--Captain Dynamic--
Mech. (this all happend in an RPG, the guy RPing the Jedi was being a little godmodey and he was gone for like a month, so we killed him)
Interrogations are hard...
nice. and cloned limbs don't always last, as Boba found out. I'm surprised that there was a Jedi, and a Boba Fett site. Are there many, or mostly mandos?
--Captain Dynamic--
Of course there is a Boba Fett fan site. I think we all agree Boba is the best Star Wars character ever?
No bias there.
welllllll......Kal Skirata might be better. But hes VERY high up. best bounty hunter, without a doubt.
--Captain Dynamic--
A little off subject? -BB*
very.....my fault. Yeah, I'd go with gold--vengeance sounds cool to me.
--Captain Dynamic--
Does anyone know what the colors mean?
i was reading true colors, the 3rd republic commando that black stood for justice and yeah
Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
And green is for duty I think.
and gold is for vengeance
skirta has the gold
vau was all black
and skirtas adopted father was black green gold...

To answer Ralin Drakus' question: Gold stands for Vengance and Green for Duty.
For mando armor i would have to say it would be in the current style, of the fetts, but i would do a dark blue with forest green accents, and around the T visor

it was? I don't remember them describing Munin Skirata's armor....must have missed it. He gave the gold to Kal though.
Gold-Vengeance
Black-Justice
Green-Duty
Red-??
Blue-??
ordo and Mereel have the latter 2
where did everyone read what green is? i've heard it from several people, but don't remember it, not really...

Munin's armor was described in triple zero if i remember correctly, when Bard'ika was wearing it
Ordo and Mereel's armor where those colors respectively simply because they liked the color
Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
It was Munins armor Bardan was wearing? didn't catch that......oh well. Yeah, i knew they just chose them, but wich we knew what they meant.....
also, some would wear a family members piece of armor--one, was it Kad'ika?--had completly multi colored.
--Captain Dynamic--
well look at who Kad'ika's family is, its our favorite commando's and Kal'buir
Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
Maybe part of his armor is from the Nulls.

true....hope Dar's not dead....I'd be pissed.
you mean the Nulls Mando armor? well, some are still alive, hopefully all, so maybe not. have to wait and see.
--Captain Dynamic--

its collected form his uncles and a cousin, and i think it was stated someplace on the star wars site that kad'ika was related to the nulls, wasnt it kad'ika that brought the meds to boba?
im going to look that one up tonight, and it is believed that bard'ika is the one that injected the meds into boba
Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
maybe--he's Dar's son though. he's named in True Colors. no, it was a vet that gave him the meds.
--Captain Dynamic--

Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
would it be possible to tell me the relevant stuff without the spoilers....or no?
Interrogations are hard...
i think the relevence came from Bard'ika "going native" with mando armor...
quick question how would i make a new topic in the serious geeking board
Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
go to serious geeking, and click on Add Topic, it looks like the Add Comment thing.

Colour-wise I'm inclined to lean towards black and silver with a grey flightsuit.. funny that can't think why :D
Generally though my preference is for Mando's with a dark paint pallet, although gold does look good (we have a very nice Kal Skirata in KOTE Mando's).

That is one DAMN FINE set of armor you have there, Orthar! You'd look a lot like me if you wore the black/silver armor with gray flightsuit, but just means we both have a great taste in Mando armor :D
what is the " flightsuit " ? i almost thought it was part of the armour. :O
The flightsuit is the part under the armor and what that the pants are made of; but the suit covers the whole body.........making it a suit :P
see i always thought it was a body suit, but then again it would serve both purposes
Not gone, merely marching far away.-----Mandalorian phrase for the departed
I would say besides Boba's then maybe Black/Red/Dark Blue would look neat.
the top of chapter 5 in the new legacy of the force book explains the armor colors

is it that white strip of linen near the belt?
