I just finished reading Death Star by Michael Reaves & Steve Perry. I really enjoyed it as it gave a more day to day aspect of the people living on the Death Star and it also made me realise, more than I had before, that not all Imperials are bad.
If you're after a good read and don't mind it being focussed on new characters then this is your book. As you can image Darth Vader, Grand Moff Tarkin, Princess Leia and Obi Wan Kenobi do also make various appearances. Darth Vader's insight is pretty cool. (Sorry no Fett).
Anyway I've said my bit, here's the link for the book: http://www.randomhouse.com/catalog/display.pperl?isbn=9780345477422

good book--interesting to see the force sensitives, and and the other non-hardliner Imps. too bad the two guys that sacrificed themselves didn't make it off. that would've been cool, and to follow what they did. Anyone read Alliegence?
and nice. Triple zero and true colors were great.

yeah, its better than Hard Contact. not sure if its better than true colors, or the other way around, but its great. funny, and really cool. Great to see more skirata. And the mando'a guide in the back's great

I think Triple Zero is better than Hard Contact because of Delta. I love Delta. As the avatar suggests.
And your name. I'm guessing you've played the game?
I don't really like Delta as much--to serious. I have yet to play the game, so I like Omega and the Nulls more. And, TZ was just more interesting. And I LOVE Kal. He's great.

A bit late, but I just finished it last night. It was a wonderful book!!! I love this paring of authors, I also read the Medstar Duology.
And, to whoever said it, I read Allegiance, it was awesome!

Ive been dying to read it but as an art student we have to make sacrifices so i have to find it at the right price... plus when it first came out I was too busy reading True Colors. Yes I have and read Allegiance (love Zahn's style). There are some "good" Imperials there too. Medstar Duology was good. My sister liked it a lot because she loves Bariss. It reminded me of M*A*S*H though. (yeah i just kinda dated myself didn't I)

I loved the pairing of authors too Miba. I also loved the Medstar books.
Hey Si Titran, don't worry there's so many re-runs of M*A*S*H* it's not funny - I'm watching one now!

Well that's a reilef. I worry that I'm making archaic references sometimes.
