Oh wow.
Due to maintenance problems, the light at the end of the tunnel will not be in operation today. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Some of those I would have enjoyed seeing. Ex. Jar Jar's death.

I liked the scene in Empire where the Rebels have a Wampa trapped in Echo Base, as they are evacuating C-3PO tears the warning off the door and leaves then, three snow troopers meet an untimely demise at the paws of a Wampa.

I also think Jar Jar should've gone the way of the dodo...he's incredibly frustrating...Why did they have to delete that scene?

Probably because Lucas know's Jar Jar was one of his greatest mistakes, and he doesn't want to admit it

I'll put my money on the forthcoming HD-DVD set that will be coming out when someone wins the DVD war
