I was re-reading the old DC Comics Elseworlds series Kingdom Come today, by Mark Waid and Alex Ross, and found something really neat that I had forgotten about. I knew that Alex Ross had put a lot of little "easter eggs" into the comic book. The UN building is drawn to look like the old "Hall of Justice" building from the Superfriends series. The neck brace that Batman wears to support his frail body looks like the bottom portion of Darth Vaders helmet. One of the things I noticed that they didn't have in that list was Alex Ross "upgraded" future version of the hero Peacemaker from the series. Look familiar? I just thought that was pretty neat. It's nice to see we're not the only Boba Fett geeks around. Enjoy guys.
