Topic: What's up with Wendy's?

Whats with wendy's? How do they not freeze their beef? Do they have some sort of underground slaughter/meat packing plant beneath the resturant? or are they liars. Or could it be that they are telling th truth, and they just have realy fast, cool/non-meat-spoiling trucks?

They dont freeze their beef because it isn't even beef they use. Its rounded up homeless people tricked into thinking a meat grinder was a soup kitchen. But really, how do they maintain it? anyone know?

they do freeze it. I go to school with a dude whose parents own it. So i knows their secrets ;) when I read the topic i thought it was gonna be that fricken mcdonalds guy again

I don't pretend to know what on earth they do at any of the fast food places. That's why I try to not eat from them. ( Not having money is good way to avoid it.) Maybe they have fresh stuff devlivered a lot, from local distributers. Like where does the supermarkets get it from? You don't usually get sick from that, if you cook it properly.

the human race is too weak we need to be eating things raw meat fresh off the animal.

Frozen or unfrozen. I could care less as long as they are still making hamburgers.
And to tell you the truth I hate Wendy's. I love just about ever other fast food

And if they are serious about the burger being unfrozen. I will never eat there again.

I'm currently working at Wendy's. They make you swear an oath of silence and sign a contract in your blood. So I really can't say anything about them or my life will be forfeit.

I believe the way they keep there meat unfrozen and still not rotten, is that they keep it in a controled environment in the back. Not frozen, yet still fresh.

er...even in a controlled enviroment, there would still be air.  So it would spoil. It needs to be frozen

Let's just say they're being honest about the meat. It's never frozen. They constantly make fresh meat. Also, there's always a job opening at Wendy's if you catch my drift... ;)

What if they use prservatives to keep it fresh instead of freezing it?  Like they can it or something?  Like little packages of SPAM except it's beef...

And I think it depends on when you freeze things.  I know on the back of some frozen dinner meals, they jabber on about their veggies being frozen at the peak of perfection to ensure the freshest taste...

What about vacuum packed? I ordered meat through a catalog and it came vacuumed packed in DRY ice. Perhaps Wendy's doesn't considered that freezing.

Yes that's true but you never know what corporations will consider for a gimmick.

Some of those commmercials are weird, like the one where their kickin the trees..

I never understood that one, but I guess it's because I wasn't trying to read into it.  Still...  I find their other commercial where they're inhaling helium kind of funny.
