Ok I don't usually do this but I finally got a job! After years of working at my dad's mechanic shop I finally have an official job. Yay for me!

Being hired at 9.00, wow. I'm at 12.75 and I'm making the highest I can get in my department, which is Grocery. But then it depends on where you're living at, I live in a fairly small town, and yet it's the biggest town for quite a ways around.
Oh the joys of facing. Just wait till you get a few nasty customers. I suggest this for when you need to vent: http://community.livejournal.com/grocery_hell/profile Oh, and be warned, come November and December you'll really, really, really, really hate your job, but hang in there cause January and February make lovely breaks.

As for me, my new job isn't as busy as I'd like but the pay is really good.

hmm here you can start working when your 12 although there arent many places that hire 12 year olds. I need to get a job but every place is like YOU GOTTA BE SIXTEEN even though I'll be sixteen In two weeks. Have fun there at IGA Sev almost my entire school works at the one near my house.

IGA usually hired at 16 but because I get good grades he hired me. Nerds prevail.
