Topic: Next of Kin

Do you ever wonder how a bounty hunter's family ever find out if their loved one has been killed? I know I do, perhaps they wear one of those tags with their Next of Kin written on it. Or have a "If I Die" file saved on their ship's log. Just a thought...

Although that probably would have been a problem for Jodo Kast when he was blown to oblivion, as I don't believe anyone witnessed it - other than a certain Mr Fett.

Mabey they have a tracker embedded inside them that sends a signal to the family and stops when they die. Or they just stop calling mum every sunday!

How many bounty hunter's had/ have a family? Boba didn't have any. Dengar only had Manaroo and he was getting out of the buisness for her.

Boba had a wife, Sintas, a daughter, Ailyn, and, unknown to him, a granddaughter, Mirta.

actually, some intergalactic policemen (?) came to our house and gave me the news after they identified the body.

I think some sort of tag thing sounds reasonable.  I think maybe an implant somewhere like to monitor heart rates and health.  Like a long distance teeny medical droid.  Except no pesky prodding.

During Boba Fetts prime bounty hunting days, Fett was not married to Sintas.



I think just about all bounty hunters dont worry about loved ones, cus most of them dont have any.

He may have a system that sends a message if the ship is destroyed, or his heart rate flatlines for a long enough time to be unrecesitateable. (if thats a word...)

its like jango died in AOTC ep II and boba expierienced it...

I would imagine that anyone who had loved ones that needed informing of their death would have a system in place (like someone being paid to inform them)
