ok, The flood Have infested a planet, and the CIS are wanting to take the planet for its valubale ore deposits to Support the war effort. So they battle for control of the planet. Who would win?
(now remember the Flood cant infect a droid with there disease that makes them into monsters, so there goes there main weapon)
Flood, they can jump realy far, they can hit realy hard, and........THEIR EVERY WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The CIS can pruduce ONE MILLION battle droids in span of one month.

the flood are smrt enough to possible hijack a ship, and board the capital ship, where there are definatly "squishy" organics
The CIS are bound too have at least half a dozen other Capital ships.
then they could just fire on the infested war ship and be done with them.
(and put more guards in the ships)
the flood would need hosts. The flood would probably ignore a none organic thing since they couldnt infect it. Some stealth generators just to be on the safe side and the CIS would havem beat. These things are pretty much zombies that are only smart enough to use guns, if they beat the CIS then the clone wars would've been over before they began

The Flood are alien parasites. Just look them up for a more detailed explanation.
A whole army of droids means nothing to infest and no combat forms for the Flood.Just give the battle droids some flamethrower attachments and let 'em go roast the little green curse-words.
And what would happen if the organic bits in Grievous got infected? Could the Flood get through his armor to the organic parts? If they did, imagine how hard it would be to kill a Flood infected Jedi Killer.
I also think some enterprising member of the CIS would try to imprison some of the Flood(if any of them ever got a chance to see the flood actually infest an organic) and unleash them on populated planets in an attempt to scare the other systems into submission. Then the plan fails because the Flood spread over the galaxy, leaving just the Droids and the Flood to populate the universe.

They are small. Not microscopic, but very small. They can only use rifles if they infest a biological lifeform and take control of their body. Look them up on the internet.

no they are not like spirits they are like parasites they (correct me if im wrong) inject tiny spikes into your skin and take control of your body (at which point is horibly mutated) and and use it for there own purposes.

Flood can use guns. but this really is numbers, so it depends on how many things were on the planet, that includes animals and nonsentients, even dead stuff, if they kill you, you will become one of them.
right, so lets say the flood have 5 million prespective animals hosts on the planet also to even the odds lets say the flood have stored another 6 million bodies worth of Cove Elites and a lot of plasma weapons. Then who would win?
flood, remember, realy fast, realy strong and can use any guns they find, and vehicles
remember that a deastroyer droid could mow down dozens worth of Flood while at the same time repel any attack they can throw at it.
Plus the CIS have SBDs with rocket lanchers, a few million small battle droids with a decent amount of fire power, spider droids with cannons, homing-spider droids with beam cannons, Gunships, vulcher driods who can revert to walk mode to provide close gunnry support for infantry, tri-droids, Muck-racker droids for jungle worlds to plow the way for the main army. Hail-fire droids to provide lots of fire power on a given area in a short time.
In short the Flood just cant compare because there main weapon (infecting living targets and turning them against there fomor alies) has been rendered usless because THERE ARE NO LIVING TARGETS TOO INFECT

The CIS could just shoot their arms off and make them "Flood Friends" ... thats what me and my friends do on Co-op campaign on easy mode.

woop de do!! and a flood cant be resurected if its been blown to bits, and droids dont care for themslelvs either. And what a few battle droids that have been blown up buy a missle? they will keep on comin, and comin.
I dout that a flood could even get close enough to a battle droid with all the fire power they got.
And another way cool droid I frogot to mention is the Magnaguards!
They would put somw woop ass on the flood with there elctrostaffs
Unless the flood were in their combat forms, the Magnaguard wouldn't be effective against hem. They'd just be going around stomping on individual flood.

I have a feeling that flood can actualy kick, and that maby they just didnt put that in the game

Six million flood in covenant combat forms? Able to regenerate the dead bodies of their fallen brethren? When you add that in the Flood give the CIS a run for their money. Unless the CIS have flamethrowers or all of them have shotguns or some other weapon that won't leave enough of a body for them to resurrect.
they hsve shot guns and they have flame throwers, plus they have portable blaster cannons that there infantry can carry and I assure you that if a flood gets hit buy that he will not get resurrected sny time soon.....
Which droids have flamethrowers? It probably wouldn't be too hard to equip the average battle droid with a flamethrower attachment, but which droids have flamethrowers right now? And unless they just deployed wave after wave of anorexic battle droids, not every droid could hold a shotgun. And to take out the blaster cannons they'd probably just send wave after wave of the little floodlings to overwhelm whoever's controlling or send some of those exploding,kamikaze flood pods to blow them up.
The reguler B1 battle droids can carry just about any kind of weapon, flame throwers, shot gun, blaster cannons.....you name it

The Flood have been responsible for the decimation of civilizations. The CSI have been responsible for...making wimpy looking robots .
The CIS has been know to have ben responsible for taking control of half the galaxy and the murder of inocents in the millions, and not all there droids look wimpy

When did the CIS take control of half the galaxy? If you're talking about in the new trilogies,the CIS was allowed to take control of half the galaxy. The Flood scare the crap out of a huge alien empire composed of seven foot super warriors, biological tanks, and grenade launcher wielding gorillas with mohawks.

I left them , the sharpshooting chickens, and the crackshot dragonflys out on purpose.
