I recently purchased a Zune, it came in its cool little box with its headphones and installation CD and such, but I went to update it and, unfortunately, its been at a screen that said "Waiting for Device to Update ........." and there it remains. Any ideas or links to ideas are greatly appreciated.

I got off bad with Zune. Tried linking my 360 with Zune and I still haven't got it working. Darn Zune.

I would do the most obvious thing. Call Microsoft's tech support.

tech support is crap, they claim they'll contact you as soon as they find they problem then they'll tell you they cant help. Then later on you figure out how to fix it yourself and you dont understand why the support couldnt have just told you that. Also whats a zune?
