In reply for the demand of courage and accuracy...
17. Courage
Fett: Well, his courge goes to the extent of making sure that he gets out alive and payed. However, thats as far as it goes. If you ain't Fett, he won't risk anything more than what your worth.
Chief: It takes alot of guts to storm an enemy cruiser to free one's captin. Cheif is willing to lay his all on the line for the good of his fellow mariens.
Freeman: Willing to storm the enemys home dimention a(Half life) and fortress (Half life 2) for the sake of others. Courge fefines who he is.
Winner: Freeman and Cheif share the gold. Fett gets silver.
18. Accuacy.
Fett: Give him a projectile rifle and you get a headshot.
Chief: Give him a sniper rifle and you get a headshot.
Freeman: Give him a crossbow and you get a headshot.
Winner: Three way tie. Hard to measure.
New Total:
Fett:21
Cheif:21
Freeman:22
Uh oh. I'm in trouble again. I just know my brother is going to post about how Boba is better.

I have yet to read the story, but in "No Disinergrations, Please," Fett takes on an entire Imperial garrison, which is more than the average mission.
By the way, hello everyone! I have been spying on you for about a year and finally got the guts to join :P
Boba Fett is fearless though!

Hello there! And fearless isn't the same as courge. Courage is doing something inspite of your fear.

It may be more than the average mission, but it's for who? Yeah, himself. Everything revolves around him.
Yes, but we are not discussing his megelomania.

That is not totally true.
You can have courage even if you are only thinking of yourself.
I consider doing things brave/courageous things for others to be heroic where as I think that courage is just doing something even though there are big risks and danger regardless of the motivating factor.
Moreover, in the E-Book the practical man Boba did something for others while putting himself and other Mandalorians at great risk (he worked to help the republic to get information to them while keeping the pretence that they were continuing to work for the Yuuzhan Vong.
Yes, but we are not discussing his megelomania.
But the fact that he is only concerned about #1 means that self-intrest is as far as his courge goes. Anyone can be motivated to do somthing for one's own self, but true courage comes from acting for others.
if this was a vote thing i think everybody would vote for Boba
if this was a vote thing i think everybody would vote for Boba
Well I would but only because I have no idea who the others are.

Actaully after he fights throguh the entire garrison he finds that his target helps orphans and he lets him go isnt that courageous? He took on the imperial death ship Azgoghk for only 100 credits.

Yes and not only that he also gives him the bounty that had been paid to him.

Thats not courageous... its caring. Courageous would have been if he went out of his way to save him, not deciding to spare him.
But lets say that 1 or two of his accomplishments are courageous, because most likely he has a few. It still doesn't make him more courageous than the other 2. Chief risks life ad limb every hour of every day in order to save humanity. From what I know, not much, Freeman is willing to jump into any dimension to battle zombies, aliens, and the "law" to help the resistance. (Probably completely isguided, but you get the picture)

Well, not so much misguided as intentional. What can you do when the human race is actively being turned into cyborgs and denided the right to "breed". And his is offered power, lots of power, if he'd only join the combine and tell everyone to give up.
And "courage is just doing something even though there are big risks and danger regardless of the motivating factor" isn't right. Gambleing involves big risks somtimes, but isn't a sign of courage. The phrase "fools rush in where angels fear to tread" comes from the fact that there is courage, and then there's foolhardy. And any animal will fight when cornered, but this is self-presivation, not courage. Boba has courage, just not of the same calibar as Chief or Freeman.

But Boba chooses to go into the situation. I also think that you do have to have courage to take risks when gambling, especially when it is your life that you are gambling.
Also if it was just self-presevation he would not have accepted the jobs that would put him at great risk he would have just gone for nice easy low paid jobs.
I think he has just as much courage as the other two seem to have his is just a different type of courage.
I decided to have a look on dictionary.com and see how it describes courage. This is what it says.
cour·age - Show Spelled Pronunciation[kur-ij, kuhr-] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun1. the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery
2. Obsolete. the heart as the source of emotion.
3. have the courage of one's convictions, to act in accordance with one's beliefs, esp. in spite of criticism.
It does not say that you have to be selfless to have courage.
Thesasaraus.com also say this which I think backs up what I have said.
Main Entry: courage
Part of Speech: noun
Definition: boldness
Synonyms: adventuresomeness, adventurousness, audaciousness, audacity, backbone, bravery, bravura, daring, dash, dauntlessness, derring-do, determination, endurance, enterprise, fearlessness, firmness, fortitude, gallantry, gameness, grit, guts, hardihood, heroism, intrepidity, lion-heartedness, manliness, mettle, nerve, pluck, pluckiness, power, prowess, pugnacity, rashness, recklessness, resoluteness, resolution, spirit, spunk, temerity, tenacity, valor, valorousness, venturesomeness, élan
Maybe two section so that Boba can get the credit that he deserves for having courage and another so that the others can get the credit for their heroism.
I love boba but he is no hero and he may HAVE courage but he is NOT "courageous". I have to say that boba dose have courage but I do not think he has as much as MC or Freeman because the fact that they are could live like Boba and help themselves or they could fight for others and I think shooting down Zombine and Fungus so you can save your fewlow man/the galaxy takes a lot more courage than makeing sure you get payed.
(I just fixed the typo and made it smaller so I hope you all can see what I'm saying)
Well, your definition of courage would include the people who get showen on Jackass every week.
And if I were to raise Boba's courage rating and add a "Heroism" stat, the running totals would be the same. And Fett wouldn't score high on the hero listing.
LOL that is true and yes they do need to have some courage to knowingly do the silly things that they do. OK what they do is really silly and I think that mixed with the lack of fear are a few marbles loose.
I know that the scores would be the same with the two categories but I felt that I just had to say why I think that Boba does have courage.
I am sorry Alo but I could not understand your post that well. I think I got the meaning of it though. All I was trying to say is that he is as courageous as the others but where as Boba is mostly selfish they are selfless. I do not think that is linked to courage though. I feel that the two are separate.
yah there was a typo or two.

Hehe, it also does not help that I am dyslexic.

sorry about the pun.

LOL, now I understand you perfectly :D ;)
Its simple the G-man would show up and save Freemans butt again.
i dont got time to read all of this but Master Cheif can jump maby 6 feet in the air sprint al 60 km/h and do all the diving stuff but, i agree with Fett winning the agility
however, there is not a 3-way tie for first, there is a 3way tie for second however because the winner is Chuck Norris
And then Mr. T beats the Chuck into a a ghost. Mr. T then becomes a Ghostbuster (only a few people will get that)!
I don't know much about Freeman, but they might all end up fainting after hours of non-stop fighting.
i think boba would because of his jetpack and flamethrower. Jetpack+flamethrower=total carnation on master chief. :)
You mean incineration. I think a carnation is a flower.
John has powerful armor, and Boba does not have massive amounts of fuel. Also, John would not stand in one place waiting to be attacked.
but boba's fast.......;)
If you read previous posts, you would know that John can run at 60 kilometers an hour. John is much faster. Even if Boba was the fastest man alive, it would not matter, because in your situation, he is in the jet-pack.
oh, so he's like a superbeing that can run very very fast? ;)
if your talking about John, he was geneticly enhanced at maby 17 for increased bone density, faster reflexes, and the like, also he has the armor which boosts his reaction speed, and if he had cortana, he would have even better reactions, also he has been trained to be a soldier since he was 6 years old, but to answer your question, no, he is not like a superbeing that can run very fast
i would say its a tie, Boba is....well Boba is Boba and John practicaly took on an entire ship and ring thingy on his own
But he had Cortana, and other marines to help him.
If hadent had Cortana he would not have been able to have figured out what to do.
And if he didnt have the marines he wouldnt of had any human shields to use.
