a sketch of your friend and mine dengar, actually not one of my favorite characters but the sketch amused me. Feel free to critique...always looking for some pointers. gonna look for some of my old fett comic art.

oh, i gotta question- if anybody is familar with paint, can you tell me why i cant add color to a black and white
sketch? im at wits end...which means its fairly obvious. thanks

Great job man, you got a very individual style and very smooth drawing.

If you work with paint, I'm afraid your possibilities of coloring are rather low. Not sure if GIMP works, I myself am using Photoshop and Corel Painter.

I like the Dengar pic.  I can totally see him as a cigar person for some reason.  Maybe because he reminds me of Detective Harvey Bulloch from the Batman comics.

Do you justt keep getting a link?  cuz if so, try putting inage tags on it ( like this; [img]on the front and[/img] on the back).  if it still doesn't work you might try re-uploading it and using a different type of link.

thank you devil girl, i am definitely trying to get back into drawing. for a time i exiled myself and have just recently sharpened my pencils again.
...stay tuned for more funkiness in the near future.

i just finished a sketch of an echani ive been mulling over since kotor.

remember the echani bounty hunter in the bar on that water world?(his armor was yellow and he acted arrogant and indifferent when you tried to engage him).
i sorta copied the helmet from that...
and incorporated a  jetpack with a few motifications. instead of a rocket in the pack i changed it to a
tracking laser blaster.
a vibro-blade as well...since echani like to travel light.
his name oddly enough is "kujo".

Very nice drawing, as I rack my brain trying to recollect what he looked like (I only vaguely remember the mask).  From what I remember.  Very nice drawing.  I really like the tracking blaster.  Gives them more of a hunter (predator) look.

Man, I wish I could draw that good.

drawing is like anything. daunting if you dont break it into steps.
the hardest part is developing ur style. mine is shaped by many,
but primarily by todd mcfarlane and other earlier spiderman artists.
if u r indeed interested in drawing i would suggest breaking it into steps. like so.
(sorry its crude)

but if done from a stick figure to shapes and then start to flesh out details. i think
you'd be surprised with the outcome.

Nice stuff. Love the predator touch with the shoulder tracking blaster. Also the mask connected to the chest plate, gives him a Darth Vader like feeling, but with a jet pack :)

this a sketch of "holiday special" fett...a fellow bffc-er is coloring it for me,
because i have no skills with the color.

Cool two new artworks. I like the Echani, cool concept, although the drawing's kinda busy and his hands were a bit hard to make out.

As for Holiday Special Boba: good job on that as well, except for the armor-plates (I wonder why you don't draw the diamond?) it looks like 1:1 from the cartoon.

How's gonna color that, if I may ask? :P

btw, I'm sorry to have you still waiting for my next two colorings. It's a busy, test-laden week at school, but I'll really try to get at least one done by the weekend. *shy*

and valthonin aka indy fett :P it didnt even occur to me that vader-esque mask but "kujo" is a character
with some respatory issues. every bad a55 has to have a vulnerability. he is born into an era about two thousand years before the prequels.

r not the easiest guys to draw correctly...

wanted to do a sketch of garindan w/out his googles on...i might be the first person ever to speculate what his eyes look like...wrap ur noodle around that....

I really like your take at Garindan... very interesting! 4-LOM looks cool as well, only his pose seems a bit too "Stormtrooper"-ish.
