Who do you think is Spiderman's down-to-earth Arch Nemesis? Ex. (Boba Fett, Han Solo) (Goku, Vegeta) (Jango Fett, Montross)
My vote is Venom, and here's a list to "warm you up" so to speak:
Venom
New Goblin (Harry Osborn)
Sandman
Dr.Ock
Green Goblin (Normon Osborn)
Kraven the Hunter
Carnage
Chameleon
Shocker
Rhino
Lizard
Vulture
Mysterio
Electro
Scorpion (Mac Gargan)
If I missed any let me know

Well doesn't Kingpin go under a list of Daredevil's enemies?
Yes but he also got involved with Spider-man. In fact he is very involved in the most recent Spider-man comic.
And there are a few more additions.
Morlun
The Digger
Hydro-man
Queen
Kaine
Morbius
Morlun is pretty lethal being as that he killed Spider-man. But he's quite a complex character. I third the Venom one.
humbug! :P
seriously...in "amazing spiderman" comic.
comics 1-100 id say the green goblin is his arch(killed his girl, gwen)
101-200 probably octopus, lizard, vulture.
200-300 probably the later goblins and college tuition.
300-present venom, no question. also sinister six.
nice to mention "the rose" draco. he is a very obscure villian.
didnt he only last a few issues? he was sorta a low level kingpin or something.
I believe the arch enemy of Spidey is Green Goblin. All the others are just enemies.
There is also:
Aqua Man
Isn't Aquaman a DC superhero who has only met Spider-Man,like, maybe once in a Marvel/DC crossover? Do you mean Hydro-man?
I'd say Green Goblin. The guy ended the Silver Age of Comics by chucking Gwen Stacy off a bridge.
The Rose was actually the Kingpin's son.
I'm Old Gregggggggg!

I just looked up Morlun, and I hate his guts. Bad.
I did mean Hydro-Man.
Tarantula
Hob-Goblin
Jackle
Ugh! Don't even mention the Jackal. That guy is responsible for the single-worst Spider-Man story....OF ALL TIME. Those of you who don't know, go to wikipedia and look up Clone Saga. That's okay, I'll wait.

Now then. See how terrible that was? ALL JACKAL'S FAULT!
Well I must admit that Jackal isn't so popular....
On second thought, it's fairly obvious Big Wheel and Hypno-Hustler are his greatest foes. Just kidding, of course.

Hatehim because you think he was a stupid character to introduce I assume?
I was always a fan of the Spider-Doppelganger. A mindless, snarling, vicious extra-dimensional copy of the Wall Crawler. Those fangs, those talons, and let's not forget the razor webbing.
I wait patiently for his return. If the Marvel writers have any plans to ressurect Carnage (as no one EVER stays dead in the comics), then I hope the Doppelganger gets a shot at him for his betrayal at the end of the "Maximum Carnage" storyline.
I guess, really, that I would like to see him as Carnage's nemesis, more so than Spider-Man's.
