Topic: Boba fett vs. Canderous Ordo

who do you think would win?

I would say Boba because, one: he has a lot more weapons, and two: his weapons are 4000(?) years more advanced. Armed with the exact same I'm not completely sure, I guess I'd still go with Fett, just because we've heard that he's the best BH for his time. They were both raised as Mandalorians though, and they both became Mandalore, so I'm not even 50% sure.

and boba could defeat hundreds of us / british troops cos of his EE-3 blaster rifle and his jetpack......laser-bullets--boba wins!!

Canderous who? He comes from 4,000 ABY. Comparing their weapons is like comparing an M-16 to a bow and arrow...he would completely disintegrate Ordo.

Actually I don't see why... If you look, lightsabers last throughout the ages as deadly weapons of finesse. While this may only be a Jedi weapon, I don't see how the blasters have evolved that much over the years. They are about the same size, they kill a person in about the same time, and they both travel at the speed of light. Really Star Wars technology just doesn't change over the years. Wheres the big difference between the AT-AT and the AT-TE??

I just don't think it would be a bow and arrow vs m-16 type of a difference. More like... Ak-47 vs. Ak-74. Maybe slightly more accurate and easier to control, but in essence the same gun. Also, don't count out that Ordo made a great Mandalore, so he obviously had some brains. I still give it to Boba, but you guys are severely overestimating his arsenal advantage. Oh and don't forget Ordo can make his own stim packs.

Ah yes you're right but I meant it if technology in Star Wars changed they way it should.... Anyhow I would say it's like comparing a revolver to an Uzi then, which sounds a bit more accurate I guess.

There is a big difference between an ATAT and an ATTE (and we take it to the extreme when we say big!)

Well, I have to agree with the other posted who said you all are underestimating Canderous (Candy for short, lol). Their weapon technology isn't much different (something that actually quite irks me... but what ever) so I don't see Boba have much of a weaponary advantage, with the exceotion of his armor. I think Boba's got more tricks up his sleeve in his Mando set. Although Candy gets fiery during battle, I think he's a bit rash to the point of not thinking things through sometimes... I think his brute force is his short coming. Boba for the win, I say. Although I'm quite fond of Candy too, he's awesome. I mean, we do have him to thank for the revival of the Mandalorians after the Mandalorian Wars! Hello! lol.

Ooh, I can't pick! Boba's THE bounty hunter, but Canderous had the advantage of being a bred Mandalore who's been at war since he was ten. Boba wasn't raised Mandalorian... not exactly, anyway.

Boba, however, has on his side the mental instability that comes with becoming an orphaned bounty hunter at the age of ten. He doesn't care, he's ruthless, cold, dispassionate, and utterly efficient. Canderous is a lot of emotion, which can blind him, but is also a huge motivator.

Boba relies on tricks as well as his warrior's skills. Canderous is a brutal warrior, but also a skilled tactician.

Boba's expertise is one-on-one fighting. Canderous is used to massive battles.

All in all I don't think its entirely fair to pit them against each other. Both have their own unique talents in the art of war. Isn't it the Mandalorian way to bring all such talents together for the benefit of the whole when Mandalore calls them to battle? But if it HAD to come down to a fight, I'd say it's 50/50, maybe 60/40, Boba's favor because he doesn't have to fight fair and he's so analytic.

thats a hard one... but, i would say boba because he has more advanced weapons(and lots of them), and he could easily out-maneuver canderous with his jet pack.

even with a jetpack, Ordo could shoot him down.

This is a hard one. They're both great warriors, have big guns, have brains and were Mandalore at one point in their lives.

Boba may have a SLIGHT advantage in the brains department, only because he has a tendency to stay calm and think things through, while Canderous has a bit of a temper and acts upon it.

Other than that, I'd say it's a draw.

i say boba but i loved canderous ordo (even named my kitten after him HEHE) but boba i would say is better in a small fight where the opponent(s) doesnt know what weapons you have or what skills you can use.
