Just wondering which Bounty Hunters you think will reach retirement age?

Personally I think Dengar would. I know a lot wouldn't - Bossk for one ;)

4 - lom probably i think that he wouldnt be killed for some reason probably because he is an robot and when he sences trouble he would probabaly get out

I don't think Dengar reached retirement age, if you believe comics are canon.  Mara Jade killed him, but I have a hunch it was an impersonator....

Officially, that was an impersonator.

Also, Bossk did retire, from what I have heard.

what comic/novel did jade kill dengar/imposter in?

i think greedo would probably make it...oh wait, ive just been notified that greedo was shot.
i will say, boushh-the guy that captured chewie..."the black sun" did what to him? ok.
then im going with jodo kast, i mean who could have any problem with him?

That was not Dengar. Leia merely found the deceased Boussh's armor.

All three are dead. If you were trying to be funny, I'm sorry, but you failed. I personally think that Zuckuss would survive.

yep, it was a feeble attempt at humor, sorry it wasn't up to ur standards.

im going to go with calo nord then.
no, for real im down with zuckuss too-that little gand has my vote.

Actually Dengar was sixty, or at least close to it, so I think he would.

Also IG-88 and 4-LOM. They're ageless since they're droids, so they'll make it for sure.

Zuckuss and Bossk would prrobably end up getting killed somehow.

I think Zuckuss will realize bounty hunting isn't for him.  He's made enough errors.

But his intuition has already showed him he will die, well thats if you go with the more formidible version of Zuckuss from TOTBH.

I'm smiling because they havn't found the bodies yet. :)

I'm guessing his intuition is a force-sensitivity?  Well I guess it never specified how he will die.

Interesting, where could that be found?  Book, comic?

What you mean is that it showed him he would be killed. Everyone dies.

True, but I don't believe it showed what age he would be when he would die, so he could be murdered after retirement...

Also, am I the only one to think Bossk is definately going to make it through. He is tough as nails, he comes out of sticky situations as much as Solo (maybe not but hey) and he is a Trandoshan, so he is automatically awesome. Bossk just catches me as a character who just keeps coming back and "dying" but somehow he just pops back out again. Sorta like how Calo Nord comes outa nowhere in KOTOR.

Good... Bad... I'm the one with the gun.

Seek and you shall find.  Wise words.  I really just need to look back a few post for answers.  It's happened to me twice in one day.  And even if Zuckuss is killed in retirement, it would probably be because of his bounty hunting.  So I guess, that will count.  And Bossk, he's going to get himself in trouble soon.  He'll probably make Boba angry enough that he's just going to kill him off like you would swat an annoying fly.

In books, Bossk has retired.

My vote is with Dengar or IG-88 making it to retirement.

IG-88
Dengar
Boba Fett (that's sort of obvious...)
4-LOM (rebuilt)
and that is pretty much who I think will live to retirement.  Sorry, but Bossk will get on the wrong person's bad side, and bite the dust sooner or later.

Due to maintenance problems, the light at the end of the tunnel will not be in operation today. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Didn't Bossk get turned into a dress or robe or something in TOTBH?

April 18, 2007 11:57 am #

No. He did eat his father in the Bounty Hunter War trilogy, though. That could be what you are thinking of.

I'd forgotten about that. See Trandoshans don't live for old age :P

Do you think Aurra Sing would survive to 40?

I think she has. She was an adult in Episode I, and she has been active during Fett's prime, and she did not seem to age.

I want to know how she dies, but then I guess Vader would probably do it in his "Jedi Cleansing" even though she's a dark Jedi...

Hm, read the Legacy of the Force series if you would like to know about Aurra.  Sacrifice I believe.

But I'm so far behind in the books. I find a lot of them hard to get into. I like minor character stories best. ;)
