In addition to the disappearance of the chat rooms, one of the RPGs I participate in has also vanished into thin air. I was just wondering why that is...?

The role playing game was probably deleted.
I did un-sticky a few RPGs that hadn't been touched since Jan, they'd be a page or two back (but still there).
It was like thousands of voices cried out for a sequel and were suddenly silenced...
i mean it vanshied and when i asked vilimar about it he said nothing.
The other possibility is if the creator of the post edits the first post and accidentally deletes it, they delete the whole thread.

Ah. Thanks Mel.
I'm referring to the Pod Racing RP. They were almost at the end of the race!!! *tenseness* I've been waiting for the thrilling conclusion for a month!!
Okay, I'm better now. Shall I start it up from where it left off?
I can re-sticky it if you want?

If it's not too much trouble.
That's strange, I can't find it either. Or did you post it under Sarin?

thants for your help mel ill probalby start my own. no im to scared i got half way through creating my character then i deleted it. if any one wants to start a clone wars rpg just tell me.
Yah I was a part of the Pod racing rp and it just disappeared after being inactive for awhile. My only guess is that Villimar deleted it.
It's fine. The whole idea was to curb plagiarism on the forums, and it doesn't seem like the help you gave could lead to it .so it's all good.At this point, though, I do prefer to see where the student stands in Alice, like how much they already know, before I start dishing out code examples. For example, someone who's never used Alice before wouldn't know what the Functions Tab is or where to find it, and I'd need to include that in my help post in that case, whereas someone who knew what it is and where to find it would consider it a waste of words and possibly an insult to their intelligence.
