Photobucket is what I use. Always had good luck with it too. Yahoo Photos sometimes gives me fits...

get a picture, the you use photobucket and post it here(if you want us to resize it for you) or you can resize it yourself.

To resize u need a program that allows you to edit pictures. Not like paint... That won't work. Anything like Adobe Photoshop. Then u open the image, then check the tabs at the top, find one that says image (or picture or whatever) then find resize. Resize it to the size you want, 60x60 for this site.

Paint works JUST fine dude.
there is no need to spend money on photoshop when Paint is on the computers already...
