Topic: Flea Market Find

Going through the comics at every visit to our local flea market REALLY paid off!!  Yes, I only paid $1.25 for this comic.  Mint condition but for the VERY interesting signature on the bottom... :D  I still can't believe I found this.  I also picked up the #2 in that series with Boba on the cover.  I think whoever had this signed in the first place did so because it was the first one of the series, at least that's what I can figure.  You guys should have seen my face when I first saw this! LOL

i was about to say, what's so special about this? $1.25 for issue 1 of shadows sounds about right.  then i scrolled down...  wow, nice find.  you should see if you can get that signature authenticated.

dang theres alot of good stuff at flea markets, some one on this site got the kenner boba forget who. Ishould go check out my flea market.

I'm not sure how I could go about getting it authenticated, but I do have one of his autographs to me my mother got for me when she saw him in person at a convention.  It does look just like the other one, and even in the same silver marker/pen color.

Oh yeah!  There's LOTS of good stuff at flea markets!  I know right now at our local flea market, there are two Darth Vader figure cases, a Darth Vader electronic bank as well Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon banks.  They also have a row of SW comics, and a nice used book section where I get most of my SW books (though there aren't as many SW books right now--the guy that brings them in hasn't been back for a little while).  I'm eyeing a SW collector/value book right now too, if it's still there next time I'm in.

Wow! What luck! That comic book is certainly worth a lot more than $1.25.

I stared at it a moment when I first came across it.  It took almost everything in my power to keep from jumping up and down, and I had to explain to my husband just why I was excited about it--he just rolled his eyes. :P

I haven't found much else at the flea market but I did come across another Fett Underworld cover, so I picked that one up too.  I need to frame that Shadows one! lol

i havent been to a flea market in forever but the one i found my other thing at closed down how am i supposed to find an autographed comic by jeremt bulloch now? lol ( very nice find by the way, congrats)

Right now, there's a couple of those 12-in figures at the flea market, one of Han Solo (going for around $40) and one of Greedo (I think $12).  You know I wouldn't get one without the other, and they have been there for a while...still there, haven't picked them up.  If one was Boba you know I'd have it! lol
