The best character
I like Boba Fett bounty hunter, Zam wesells Kouhun Infestation is great.

Come on, give me an argument.
Does anyone play, tell me or just ask a question.

Besides the internet a great place to buy miniatures is at Games Paradise, They even sell Boxs of Miniatures saving allot of cash. This is where I get most of my miniatures.

I don't remember all the good websites so if you have one, tell me and Ill check it out. If it's good Ill put it up here. The best site I've come across is rebalscum.

Boba Fett may be the best character but the Basilisk War Droid is much better and can totally kick anyones butt besides the AT-AT.

Boba can kill ATAT in Two Turns If roles Three 20s out of four roles.

true but do know how impossible that is unless you have a weighted die? and besides if the AT-AT gets a good enough roll Boba would be dead before the end of 2 turns.

But if Boba got behind or beside the AT-AT the AT-ATcould not shot him. + its 200 points and won't fit on most maps. Its great if your playing on a free farge map like Hoth playing over 500 points.

you know whats a really good figure to have is the flash speeder or the BARC speeder. the do fit on maps and don' have as high points, plus they can fly over low objects, their turbo lasers seriously kick butt, and they can move faster across the map.

BARC and flash speeders are too big for that (huge) Scout trooper on speeders are better (large).
Super battle droids are great with their charging fire ability but they do have low attack.
The armies I use are clones, they have reasonable attack and do 20 damage. They come in a huge verity and are allot better than stormtroopers though they are 5 points.
I got a Flash speeder.

I might have to start playing this, i've been looking to find something new to adorn my room, plus now me and my friend can do this when we get bored with D&D every now and then.

This website is good for telling you about the game and updates, not characters and stat cards which was the reason i put it up there. I've been to hundreds of starwars miniature websites.

I don't own that much but this is my best 100 point army of the ones I own:

I also own dark trooper phase 3, 4 darkside marauders, dresselian commando, and tusken on bantha. The dark trooper I use pretty often and sometimes a dark side marauder or 2

My dad excellent at miniatures and loves Dark Trooper phase 3s for their missiles, he has three, he also likes Zam Wesell for her Kouhun Infestation though he hasn’t got it I do and Nom Anor for his advanced stealth abilities that he has. He thinks Boba in bounty hunters is good but his weakness is swarms of low point characters.

A couple of high point characters and a bunch of low point characters is a good army because while the low point characters are dying your high point characters can kill them all. Or the low points can team up and swarm the other army with the high points in the front.

It all depends on the Characters your using and not all high point characters can fight well, some just have good abilities. What are your Strategies.

I have my gonk droid because I can station my stormtroopers adjacent to it and it can give 1 of them an extra attack, my flash speeder because it moves faster, has a high damage, and it can fly over small objects, stormtroopers are good to have cuz they have pretty good armor and good damage, heavy stormtroopers are good cuz they can take out pretty big targets when you don't have a good size(with enough damage) figure on the board, last and not least duros mercenary and abysan black sun thug, the abysan has good stealth and I needed 100 points. Thats my stategies per figure but it depends on where the enemy is and who the enemy is for a whole army strategy, I usually make it up as I go kinda like Boba Fett.

I live in Australia, your lucky, you can get miniatures bloody cheap, the rebal storm Boba afew years back when it was fifty to buy, you could get for ten-twenty and the bountyhunter Boba which I paid $72 where you can get at America for 30-40. Type star wars miniatures singles on google and you will easily find websites that you can get single miniatures and you can find bloody cheap deals.

Mara Jade is probably my fav. pice.

Thats cool, I'm not fond of her myself. And why is that?

Well for 20pts. she has,
60hp
18 def.
+9 atk.
10 dam, her damage is a little on the low side but she has three force, and her special power of Blaster Barrage (Force 1 : replaces attacks: This character can attack every legal target once), that is the main reason start pinning damage on your opponents characters.

My favs. are probably heavy stormtrooper and dark trooper 3
I like heavy stormtrooper cuz with my gonk droid adjacent to him he can deal out 60 points of damage, and he has pretty decent armor(16)
I like dark trooper 3 because of his missiles.

also, Boba_Fett you should try and find a collector mania in Australia cuz you can get circle figures for a buck and diamond figures for 2 bucks, for stars it depends on how much they are worth.

My favs are Boba Fett bounty hunter for his wide range of abilities and power, Zam For her Infestation which deals 60 damage (save 11) to an enemy within 12 squares and can go around walls, great because you could hide behind walls and use it or for taking out medics. And ARC troopers for dealing damage to a verity of sources, they have 10 attack so they have allot better chance of hitting strong defence characters, I don’t use armies of them, to much points. How much points do you play in most games? I usually play 200-250.

I usually play 100-200 point battles.

How much guys do you have and what are your fav maps. did you know there are three colours of dice, white, dark orange and light orange.

I got a blue die with the Star Ship battles stater, I like the Yavin IV map, the Endor one is fun as well.

Woot, just got my first pack today =P. I got a bounty hunter booster pack, and my friend got a champions of the force. Unfortunately there were no started kits there since the guy says they havent gotten 1 in a while. So is there anything i should get in order to start without it?

My fav. map is the Atack on endor maps cuz there's a lot more space and also cuz that's one of my fav. parts of ROTJ. I don't use the dice in the starter kit, instead I have a red and gold die that I bought at collector mania. And besides my freind got a black die in the revenge of the sith starter pack.

Ok cuz me and my friend are probably gunna chip in on an endor pack, split the guys, and use the map that comes with it. We still haven't figured out what to do with the at-st yet tho...

true I use a lot of different die, I even use those huge die, and I have a black one, a red and gold one, an orange one, and I could go on and on...

plus I have all of the different die like d8's d10's d6's d12's and so on...

We've been focused on obtaining the Bounty Hunters. Man, I have a tub of these suckers, and yet to land Boba Fett or Jango. I refuse to play until we've aquired the father and son. We just got our usual DM hyped about it: he's into wargaming and minatures games, so I think it should be good fun.

Dude i spent $72 (including postage) on boba bounty hunter and it was totally worth it!

Ps. My friend opened a pack yesterday and got General Windu... I was so pissed cuz that guy destroys everything.

I just go to collector mania cuz they have circle figures for $1 and diamonds for $2(stars range in price) cuz I never get any luck with packs.
1 time my freind and I got packs and he opened his and got Jango and the Basilisk and I got just a bunch of stormtroopers and smugglers.

Boba is my fav piece in the hole game and the chances of me getin it in 3 packs ($90) is slim

3 bounty hunter packs costs under $75... unless you're in another country. And even so, I don't think any 1 mini is worth $72. No matter how good or how rare.

ouch, well i suppose you could go to a card collector site and reprint the the card. But in that case you wouldn't be able to use them in sanctioned matches. But if ur just playin with friends, i dont see a problem.

I'm sure you can go to collector mania cuz they don't give you the actual cards, they give you a printed version of the card that way they have copies and stuff.
