Where was this at? I wish we had storms! This December is too warm for me! I'd give anything for 20 degree weather with lots of snowfall! Feels more like spring...bah.

The congradulations was for surviving 100 mph winds and a power outage. But ya, the weather sucks here too. Its shorts temperature in December... I think the ecosystem is out of wack.

Guys, it's "congratulations" with a "t." And "strorm" is without the "r." :P

And ARC, where is this storm? Midwest? East coast? What state?

Snow is nothing but a pain in the butt, especially when in melts and turns into ice. Be glad you have warm weather.

Anyways, about that wind storm, Yikes! 100 MPH? Yeesh, I can't imagine how scary that must've been.

I love ice and snow! I was born in winter, so I kinda blame that on why I like it.  Besides, snow means delays from school! :) Yeah, weathers been real wacky in these parts, on Dec. 2 there was a weak F3 tornado north of where I live.

It's really warm in the Midwest.  We got a Christmas tree yesterday and it wasn't even necessary to wear a jacket.  *hoping for snow by Christmas*

Well, being the only other member I know of besides Boba Dude and Arc Fett who lives in Washington State...^_^  It was not a fun storm.  I lost power for two nights, and didn't have any non-electric heating, so...I'm still getting over a cold from sleeping in 30ish degrees.  O_o
That was insane...so many people lost power.  My grandparents had to abandon their house after four days without power, because now we're getting hit with this horrible cold front that's freezing everyone who still doesn't have power.

Here in western Montana we didn't get winds quite that strong, but it was still strong enough to blow my car sideways on the road a bit, knock a few branches from the tree in my yard, and knocked over two pallets of empties (empty milk crates that is).

Otherwise we've had lots of icy and snowy roads which really sucks, but the snow's melted somewhat. I really hope it doesn't snow again before Christmas cause I want to go to my mom's house for Christmas and I'm bad at driving on icy roads.

Washington and British Columbia both.  I was woken up on Friday at 1:00 when a tree fell on our power line and snapped it.  And all our snow from that one storm is gone now.  Boohoo.

Yah I know what you mean living in Florida I had to ride out 2 hurricanes and three depressions not fun no power high wind lots of lightning and flooding I was happy to live at the high part of the area 19 ft above sea level.  Now I live in the mid-west and it's pretty quiet right now but possibly in a few weeks the bottom could fall out and then back to norm. snow and cold.
