Topic: Ninjas vs. Pirates

Okay, there's always been a debate between my guy friends and myself whether ninjas are better than pirates and vice versa. And, now, I have to do a Civics project to do on this, so, Ninjas or Pirates?

The word "ninjas," does not exist :) . Since almost every pirate was not sucsessful, I vote ninja.

A brief histroy lesson that I am compelled to give when ever I talk about pirates: Black Beard, who was so infamous, captured less than thirty ships in his nearly life long pirating career. Bartholomew Roberts, who most people have never heard of, captured four-hundred fifty-two ships in his four year pirating career. Roberts was also Christian, and tried not to kill anymore than he had to.

I vote Ninja, because I think this is more of a mythology of both, over actual facts. Cuz ninja are much cooler in fantasy than reality.

Ps. For a math graph I did this poll in my classes, and it was a fairly common trend that most girls voted pirates, while most guys voted ninja. Just something to chew on, take it its delicious.
(plz don't start posting how you are a guy who likes pirates or vice versa...)

Anyway i still vote for pirates, they involve much more adventure and action!

A brief history lesson i feel compelled to give when i talk about ninja(s):Blackbeard was in fact a ninja. Blackbeard whose name was Cpt.Teach before he took on the aforementioned cognomen was raised in Japan in a remote monastery by 3 blind ninja(s).Ultimately he had to leave because he simply wasnt cool enough to be ninja. :)

Sid Meier's Pirates is a patheticly pointless game....

Sure the first 70 hours playing multiplayer with your friends is great....
But then you realise your quest for the power-ups you need to win is actually just boring...And then you turn off the console...And never ever play again...

Ever.

Sid Meier's Pirates isn't that bad...but I still never play it because I have better games to play.

Better weapons, clothes, gear, etc, plus more dangerous.

In reality, ninja nor pirates wore those stereotypical clothing. Also, ninja, historicaly, were much deadlier than pirates :).

yeah, but asians didn't stand up to small pox very well historically.

i like ninja better than pirates, but i think it would all depend on where they fought.... if it was at sea, i would say pirates, but if not... i would say ninja.
