I remember how much in anticipation I was for the Episode III. Why? I had one particular interest that filled my mind, the reapperance of Boba Fett. I was still unsure about the matter, on whether Lucas would put him in it, but all the talk on the web had my mind in a state of high anxiety and anticipation? How did you feel when Fett didn't surface?

you're welcome.
I spent most of Staw Wars III wondering what was happening to Boba Fett while all this was going on.
i spent most of episode 3 wondering when someone was going to say a line of dialogue that sounded natural. eventually i got my wish when R2 beeped out some of his lines.
That was the only thing that coulda made that film worth the anticipation....
You know, I was wondering when Fett was going to show up too. I was rather disappointed when he didn't.

The problem with the prequels was Lucas made too many stupid mistakes...
Listening to his kids was one
Not including Fett in Episode III was another....
He also has a face like a dead dog....

His kids are *edited* stupid and i dont care if lucas sees this. lucas is stupid too for not including Fett i mean cmon!!!!! or at least made a scene in rotj where he escapes.
It's been said before, if they'd done a scene where Boba escaped from the pit of carkoon it would've made the movie longer than it already was. The ending didn't have time for Boba rising from the dead. It's a completely different side story.
Now as for Boba in episode 3, I spent most of the movie interested in Grevious. It's not a terrible movie, not like episode 1. When I went in and when I left I knew Boba wasn't going to be in there. Why? I'm not sure. I just knew it.

His kids are f*cking stupid and I dont care if Lucas sees this. Lucas is stupid too for not including Fett. I mean come on! Or at least made a scene in RotJ where he escapes.
If Fett was in Episode III, he would be portrayed as a two-bit villian, which would ruin his image. Also, there is no need for such language.

You know, some how, I knew that too. Though I was waiting in anticipation for more of Anakins evil scenes, so he could become Vader. =3 Though the whole "NOOOOOOOOO" deal ruined it.... 'cause Vader would pause and say "...She means nothing to me now", not throw his hands up in the air like a ninny and scream. Though a picture of that scene from a graphic novel was pretty damn halarious! XD Palpatine looked like he was HISSING at Vader! *laughs*

Well it would be nice if they put more fett in the original trilogy, like that scene they added in episode 4 in the docking bay with jabba. besides i rarely cuss, at least here in the bffc.

Grievous irritated me...
I thought he'd be a cool cybrog, killing Jedi and taking no £$%@ from anyone.
But he wasn't.
He just kept running from battle after battle.
The coolest characters don't run from Battle...
And at least when I saw Episode I I didn't know exactly what would happen from the very start...And I knew the end of Episode III since before I saw Episode II.
I'm sorry but I disagree witht he claim that Episode III is any better than Episode I
I was actually glad they didn't put Boba in Ep III, I thought they ruined his character enough in Ep II. I would have rathered a scene where Mace decapitated Aurra Sing. Besides, I'd always thought the clone wars were against the Mandalorians. Alas I was wrong.
I agree with Vader being pouncy with whole "NOOOOOO!" bit. It was such a Frankinstein moment. Only more comical. :P
It was like thousands of voices cried out for a sequel and were suddenly silenced...
And with a decrepit old fart cackling in the backround...
I must admit, I was rather dissapointed in the way Grievous came about in Episode III. Through the entire movie he was coughing and weezing, which is understandable considering he was a cyborg, but still it made him seem not as threatening as I figured he initially would have been.
I thought he'd be cooler too....
Like how he was in Clone Wars...

Yeah like that cool pic I saw once with Grievous with lightsabers in his hands and one in is foot...Leaping at Ki Adi Mundi....
Not run ning away to an escape Pod at the first sign of danger....
The lightsaber in the foot was because they hadn't thought about the four arms yet.
But Grevious was crippled around that time as well. They should have explained it in the movie so it made sense, but near the end of Clone Wars his rib cage was partially crushed by a jedi. I can't remember which one, but Grevious was coughing because of that or that's my theory.
I like the Ventress parts from there mostly.
For example, number of Jedi/Sith killed by the General
Jedi Place of death
Adi Gallia Boz Pity
B'dard Tone Belsus
B'ink Utrila Coruscant
Daakman Barrek Hypori
Firkrann Xagobah
Flint Torul Over Belderone
Flynn Kybo Belsus
Foul Moudama Coruscant
Jmmaar Vandos
L'lacielo Sageon Over Coruscant
Nystammall Tovarskl
Pablo-Jill Over Coruscant
Quarmall Location unknown
Puroth Tovarskl
Roron Corobb Coruscant
Roth-Del Masona Coruscant
Sha'a Gi Hypori
Soon Baytes Boz Pity
Tarr Seirr Hypori
T'chooka D'oon Vandos
Ur-Sema Du Geonosis
Waldan Bridger Togoria
Zephata'ru'tor Over Nadiem
An unknown Jedi Over Coruscant
An unknown Jedi (first Jedi kill) Kalee or Tovarskl
26 unknown Jedi Over Belderone
An unknown number of Jedi Geonosis
An unknown number of Jedi Location(s) unknown
An unknown Dark Jedi Dica or Necropolis

His first Jedi kill wasn't unknown... I can't find my ROTS Visual Dictionary to find out the name, but its definitely there...

You have our good friend Mace to thank for that. =P
Man, I remember the debates before ALL the movies came out (From ESB to ROTS), and ultimately how futile it always ended up being when the movies came out and nothing that we speculated was even close to what Lucas was doing.
I don't remember anyone debating:
~ if Vader was Luke's father
~ if Luke and Leia were siblings
~ that a fictional character named Jar-Jar would get death threats from the moviegoers
~ that Boba Fett is a clone
~ that the simple line "Have the protocol droid's memory erased" would be used to fill in the gaping void of C-3PO's continuity flaws from ROTS to ANH.
But it was always a blast trying to predict what was going to happen, wasn't it?
I wasn;t online for those debates unfortunately.....
Just "debates" in general, Humorbot5... Internet debating was surprisingly difficult in 1980.
Mainly due to lack of internet?

Just what I found.

That was a small factor, yeah.

are you referringto shaak ti? she was one of the last jedi grevious killed. and possibly one of the best scenes that didn't make it's way into the final cut. all of the deleted scenes on the epi 3 dvd were far more interesting that anything that was actually in the movie. i'm sure there were more deleted scenes as well, hidden in some lucasarts vault, damning their existance because they could have been such a better film.
Well I said first not last..... and that Kill is not canon. The canon version of events is she was killed in the Jedi Temple and not by Grievous.
I agree it was good...it should have been the canon version.....oh welll....
