Welcome to the BFFC michaelfett! As far as I know, there aren't any rules saying you can't be a member! The age rule means that no one can force you to reveal information about yourself, like your location. If anybody asks you any personal questions that make you worry, you can always e-mail a mod or the Admin to get it taken care of. Everyone's here to help. I hope you have a great time here!
