Greedo
Species Rodian
Gender Male
Height 1.65 meters
Hair color None
Eye color Black

bio:Greedo fled his home planet at the age of three, along with his pregnant mother, Neela, her two older brothers, Nok and Teeku, as well as the remnants of the more peaceful Tetsu clan, who were being annihilated by Navik the Red. They left in three large silver ships and settled on a jungle world. When Greedo was fifteen, he and his younger brother Pqweeduk discovered the ships in the jungle and persuaded their mother to explain what happened. They flew to Tatooine and found work with Jabba the Hutt. Although Greedo's death was on Solo's hands, it was actually Greedo's "mentor" Warhog Goa, who tricked an over-matched Greedo against Solo after he had received a payoff from two Rodian bounty hunters tracking Greedo, who should be credited with his death.

Boushh

stats unknown

bio:Boushh was an Ubese bounty hunter.

Known for his melee skills and penchant for thermal detonators, Boushh was considered a cool-headed bounty hunter in a profession often filled with trigger happy mercenaries. Boushh was also extremely distrustful of his compatriots and employers, and made it his business to acquire information on them for use as blackmail insurance.

Despite his precautions, Boushh was caught embezzling funds from a lucrative Black Sun contract, and found himself on the business end of Guri's combat skills. Guri kept his signature armor and gear, eventually lending them to Leia Organa to aid her in clearing Imperial checkpoints on Coruscant. Later she used the disguise and persona of Boushh to infiltrate Jabba's Palace in the plot to rescue Han Solo.

I will cast the lone vote for Greedo.
In terms of stupidity, which is worse; trying to kill Han Solo when you can't hit the broad side of a bantha, or stealing credits from BLACK SUN, the most secretive and powerful crime organization in the galaxy?

I'll have to go with Boussh on this one, Greedo was just way to easily dispached by Han in the cantina

Ay, neither of them are the sharpest crayons in the box.  Who knows how good of an actual fighter Boussh is anyway...at least we get to see how much Greedo sucks.  :)

Yeah, I picked Boushh simply because he made somewhat of a name for himself. By the way, on a Star Wars board, it would probably be better to use 'not the brightest light-sabers in the hilt', no offense or anything.

Alright, Greedo's missed shot was added in later by Lucas, who, very stupidly, thought it would be bad to see Solo shoot first, as he's one of the 'good guys'. Dumb. Idea. Han Solo was supposed to be a smuggler and mercenary who cares about nothing and no one with the exceptions of Chewie and the next payday. It's a sad day when Lucas doesn't know his own characters as much as his fans. I've seen many people who quite understandably hate the change too, along with his alteration of Boba's voice to mimic Jango's.

I have the original 'A New Hope' VHS, before it even had a name, and as far as I could see there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. So, if Lucas hadn't gone and screwed it up, Greedo might've had a chance. Sure he didn't foresee the under-the-table shot, but he might've been a good shot with his DT-12 for all we know. So despite the new DVDs, I still count Solo's DL-44 blast as the first and only shot in that encounter.

With my little rambling over, I actually do believe that Boussh would come up on top in a fight. He's Ubese, he's got an Ubese environmental suit, and he's not as green as the long-snouted green guy (no pun intended).
