Is this the game that will feature yet another Sonic doppleganger, Silver the Hedgehog?

I don't believe so, that is the version that is set to release for the x-box 360 and maybe the PS3. And i'm looking forward to that game actually, bringing beack a little taste of the older games finally.

Nah, if we're talking about a Sonic Game I don't see why we can't talk about the series as a whole. There isn't enough on this game that I know of to talk about. Kinda like the Armageddon topic.

Actually i just recently found out that my friend's improv instuctor is doing the voice for Silver the Hedgehog. I didn't believe him at first, but I checked his website and the credits for the new game, and it matches up.

Turbo Tails...

I believe there is super and hyper sonic and super and hyper knuckles (super sonic is the golden one, hyper sonic glows chaos emerald colors, while knuckes becomes a pinkish purple during both). As well there is a super/turbo/titan tails (same kinda look, except titan where he gets huuuuuuuge). These are all formed after using the chaos emeralds powers. :/

Yes, I have. The hair gets longer and turns yellow. They get the ability to fly.

Well saiyajins can already fly without going super.

But about Sonic games, I just hope that these new ones will live up to the old standards, not the one set by Shadow the Hedgehog...
