I would have to say the first one, because greivous would take a second for Vader to kill. And together, Boba and Vader could probably deactivate Optimus somehow. Especially Boba, he's good with that kind of thing.

Exactly, TW and Darth. It's good to keep in mind that Fett and Vader together are possibly the most unstopable team possible. Therefore, they win. :)
