Topic: What are your anticipations for the new forums by the end of the year?

How do you expect the new forums will be doing after the end of 2006? What is your estimate for the total number of members and posts? I have no clue how good it will do, being as I wasn't a member of the old forums and have nothing to base my guess on... So I want to know, what are your estimates?

Oh, goodness, I don't know anything about numbers.  All I'm hoping for is that we have more members than before.

Just FYI, and to reiterate the Announcement up top:

In five years, there were 29,024 messages from 1,740 Boba Fett fans.
In about two months (mostly in development and a moderator forum), there are more than 500 messages from 15 VIP Boba Fett fans. ;)
Maybe between 4,000 and 6,000 by the end of the year?

Perhaps you should start an affiliation section of the main site. It would encourage others to advertise your site having their site advertised on yours. :)

Our links page is always open, but I suppose it's aimed at other Boba Fett sites. I'd be more than welcome to start that.

I hope there will be more people joining us.....it gives us more to talk about and many more posts created. The people we have now seem to be almost.......shy or quiet, it seems like most dont post alot anymore....maybe its just me.

You could always e-mail your favorite web sites that you enjoy this.

That said, this board has been very fast to build up since changing the setup here to a stronger board system.

there will be 4 million members!!

Now over the 5,000 post mark with 144 message board members, while being online in this form for two and a half months.

Keep linking. We return the love. Support the old fashioned way, without strong arm politics and forgotten endorsement.

I am just not a very social person, I do not even talk to anybody at my school.

Draco, I'm known to be one of the quietest people at my school, but that doesn't mean that the little time that I talk, I have to have an attitude. I'm not attacking you or anything, but you just need to lighten up a bit. ;)

By the way.....you dont have to talk to newbies if you dont want to.
