Just a few hours until the next episode, so starting up the thread.

Spoilers Ahead

Confirmed already to be the writer for Chapter 13, Dave Filoni's episode is starting with a story arc expected to reveal Ahsoka Tano, rumored to be portrayed by Rosario Dawson. (Reportedly an official Disney+ account abroad revealed this early, confirming suspicions.)

There's a report of it being a longer-than-usual episode, but still shorter than the season premiere. Always note that the "recap" and the massive back-to-back international credit sequence bloat the episode length tally, too.

Apparently the episode title (“The Jedi”) leaked a few days ago but well see if it ends up being called  that.

47 minutes (excluding recap and repeating credits).

Ahsoka confirmed immediately in the episode.

The leak was correct – the episode is called "The Jedi."

Michael Biehn is in the episode.

Well Worth the wait of staying up after the turkey naps. Yet again, Dave Filoni did not disappoint can’t wait to discuss!!

Wow!

Has some very interesting implications if Thrawn is/was the Magistrate's "master" and Ahsoka is trying to find him through her! Where's Ezra? Are we going to see Thrawn in this season or next? Or are they setting up a spin off? Very exciting stuff!

TucsonMandalorian1122, indeed!

GeekPharm, yeah, nice surprise there with Thrawn's name coming up.

Other episode notes:

Official spelling for The Child's name: Grogu. As spelled out in the closed captioning for the episode.

I assumed her "master" was going to be Moff Gideon and everything was going to be connected and bigger and more complicated. And then *BAM*

That Thrawn mention had me go nuts! Thrawn is one of my favorites.

So Ezra's alive then?

Yes, Filoni said that both Thrawn and Ezra survived the jump to the unknown regions a while back.

I was honestly expecting her master to end up being Snoke and they would start the tie-ins for the sequel movies.  Definitely a surprise that it was Thrawn.  I'm sensing an updated version to the Heir to the Empire trilogy.  It would be awesome if they had Timothy Zahn do an updated Thrawn trilogy that blends it into the newer canon, especially since he did the most recent Thrawn book.  Maybe have that be where Snoke initially shows up, towards the end of it.
