Topic: What if they made a "Doom" styled Boba Fett game?

Alright so i'm getting into Doom at the moment after remembering Doom II after years of not playing it, and the idea struck me, it may seem unlikely, but what if there was a Star Wars video game called "Fett" with the same style as Doom but with a Star Wars theme and our boy as the main character? There's actually a lot they could do with this idea! Like perhaps each mission is a different job that Fett was hired to do by say...Jabba the Hutt maybe? Maybe throw in some prequel missions with Jango Fett, that would be cool!

Dang I know I said that this was unlikely, but I kinda want this to happen ngl.

In terms of first person shooter games, did you ever play "Bounty Hunter" starring Jango Fett? Or any of the "Battlefront" games? Not quite your idea but close!

I have actually played all the battlefront games except Elite Squadron, and enjoyed all of them a lot! Unfortunately though I haven't played "Bounty Hunter" but I have seen gameplay of it. Maybe i'll look up a video on it, i'm still intrigued on the game!

You'd definitely like it! Little more storyline than "Doom," but in a good way.

Yeah i've heard it has some decent background to Jango's story. I've always been too lazy to look up if it was still canon or not though.

Also when it comes to Doom, you gotta dig deep to find any story for the first one. All you get is "Kill Demons" and bada bam, doesn't make it worse however. I think Doom doesn't even need a story.

Oh that's a shame. Expanding Jango's story is actually a good idea, it's big shame they didn't utilize it.

There's still time. With the Fetts, you never know when they're going to add more canon. In fact, Boba's got a new one-shot comic coming out soon. And we just got a Jango one too.

But, back on topic, what might be the different levels of a "Doom" styled Boba Fett game?

Oh my goodness really? Fett's getting a one-shot?! Finally! A comic centered on our boy!

And in terms of levels, I was thinking maybe different planets like Tatooine or Endor and maybe some newer ones like Scariff or Crait. Heck, they could even throw in some new planets too! The objective would probably be to kill everyone in the area or go through a group of enemies while the main objective is to kill the one at the end, this role could belong to (say,) a Rebel Captain or something.

I agree, it would an interesting concept if executed right.

I imagine it would be similar to the AvP games on PC, and how the Predator played-according to the lore Boba Fett’s helmet featured enhanced vision modes and a HUD, much like the Predators mask, and how the player cycled through the different vision modes. Not to mention all the weapons on his wrist gauntlets would be fun to play around with.

Imagine all the NEW weapons they could introduce like a knock-off BFG haha
