The doppelganger from "Twin Engines of Destruction", same palette as Fett except slightly orange-y.

Apparently after ROTJ, Kast disguised himself as the famous Hunter to be popular and gain credit if my memory serves me right. Overall, a solid character for someone only appearing in one comic. Could've at least gave him more background, like where he came from or something.

So what do you guys think of Jodo Kast?

He didn't just appear in Twin Engines of Destruction, thou. ;-)

Since this is the "in depth discussion" thread, here's a recap:

Jodo Kast first appeared in the 1988 Star Wars roleplaying game, Tatooine Manhunt.

In the 1997 book, Tales from the Empire, Jodo Kast is mentioned again, although it's a little different. (Spoiler alert.)

Also in 1997, Jodo Kast was available in the video game Masters of Teras Kasi.

In 2008, we got a Jodo Kast action figure in the Legacy Collection from Hasbro.

In 2010, Hasbro released Jodo Kast again in the Vintage Collection.

It would be great to see him back, although wouldn't you say he died at the end of Twin Engines of Destruction?

P.S. Take a look at his chest armor. He has a different symbol than Boba's armor, so more than just a color difference.

Oh I remember Masters of Teras Kasi! It was a fantastic concept but it was so under-balanced. Hope they make a spiritual successor of some kind!
