April 21, 2017 11:52 pm # After digging up the Force Unleashed 2 to play I decided to track down the comic and low and behold it's written from Boba Fett's point of view. Must say I was pretty disappointed in his depiction. He took his helmet off, was with a lady and spoke to Vader unmasked, talk about out of character. Oh well, it was an okay read. Much preferred the novelisation. You can read the comic free online.

April 22, 2017 12:21 am # Yeah, I read that a little while ago. I liked it EXCEPT (ironically) for most of the Fett parts. The writers just didn't seem to do a great job depicting him as he should be. I think they need to talk to Karen Traviss. Her Bloodlines, Sacrifice, Revelation, and Boba Fett: A Practical Man I thought were very well written and were accurate to the Fett character.

April 22, 2017 12:32 am # Great review, Net-a-Fett! Thanks for starting off a new topic about this one.
For showing another side of Fett, even though it's not canon and based on a video game, wouldn't you give it some props for trying to develop his character a little bit? After all, we got that bonus scene in ROTJ:SE that he's a ladies man.
Also, just a bit of housekeeping: even though comics may be bootlegged online, let's skip direct links to those. It helps BFFC overall to keep some distance there, so I modified your link a little bit as a compromise.

It was odd reading about Fett from that perspective, and I don't like how they made him seem all longing when his sort-of-girlfriend left. It just felt like the sort of thing a weaker character would do.

I also got sick of seeing Juno's cleavage and looks of abject terror, come on she's supposed to have a spine and some spunk. Anyways, nothing but brain fluff as far as I'm concerned.
