    Here's the deal, yes these blasters and the holster are cheaply made, they are orange and white, and they make fairly screen-accurate sounds. I bought these blasters knowing I would be modifying them for a costume, so I did not mind the colors because I planned on painting them anyway and I didn't even bother with the holster, though I would agree with other reviewers that the holster size is definitely for a larger adult. The guns themselves fit nicely in an adult hand, I'm not sure if they are screen accurate scale, but they do not look child-sized, they work well for an adult costume. If you plan on modifying these blasters, I would recommend getting them. I got them along with the Rubies E-11 blaster, some paint and weathering/detailing really make them pop.

    I was prepared to make adjustments bc the reviews all said this came in adult size. The holster came in 3 pieces: 1 belt and 2 holsters that had to be strapped into belt. we were able to ditch the belt and wrap the holsters directly around my 5yo's waist (so he had two straps around his waist, one from each holster). My son wears 5T. No adjustments needed. The straps around his leg were too big but it didn't matter. We had no problems with the Velcro either.

    Both guns worked. We had to jiggle the battery a few times but it held up until the Halloween party. My son left one outside for a few days (so it got rained on). That one doesn't work anymore but it was our fault.

    My son was in love when he first saw this so all in all, it was worth the money.

The one that was sent to me was actually put together wrong, the straps in the back were glued upward toward my back than downward; it took me a minute to figure out what they did. Another thing is that the holster is *huge*, a lot bigger than what you see in the picture; for the amount of material I cut off I should've paid $10, lol. The guns were cool though despite one being louder than the other. And be wary of the tiny battery sticker inside where the batteries go otherwise you'll wonder why the things won't work.

    I gave it a three because it does add flare to your costume and it will last if you take the time to make sure it stays together. Hot glue does not ensure this btw. Seriously, use gorilla glue or super durable staples or something.

    Let's face it -- buying fake movie props is always an iffy proposition. I mean, as much as you want a real light sabre, you're never going to get a real light sabre. But you can come close. Jango Fett's pistols are pretty darn cool, but there are some major draw backs.

    First, as to the pistols themselves, these are the good part. A mockup of Jango Fett's custom-made WESTAR-34 blaster pistols, they just feel darn good in your hand. The weight is mostly in the stylized grips and the long, tapering barrels make for an elegant, if not lethal, looking weapon. They are made from plastic and painted in silver metallic paint. Yes, it chips easily, but you're not supposed to be banging these around anyway. The tip of the pistol - the overload flash dissipator port - is a conical piece of plastic. Careful, ours fell off after the first day of play by my six year old. It was nothing that could not be fixed by a little super glue, though. All in all, I really like these pistols. I am a little disappointed though, that they do not light up. I think a little flash at the end would have made the overall effect better. As it is, they just make a sort of generic laser noise after you put in 2 AA batteries.

    Where this toy is unfortunately and truly bad is in the harness and holster area. Remember, Jango Fett was a bounty hunter. He had a two-pistol gunslinger harness system, as shown in the photo of this product. What you get is terrible. The belt and all of the straps are made of the thinnest, cheapest plastic possible. The holsters are made of thicker, ugly plasic. In theory, the holsters attached to the belt via cheap velcro patches. The belt is fastened by a cheap plastic buckle and the holsters are secured by cheap plastic thigh straps. It is all cheaply painted to look worn. Did I mention that this set up is made of cheap plastic?

    But now the ugly. All of these straps are held in place with -- glue. Yeah, glue. So the minute you tug on any of the straps, they just rip right off. I mean, they literally just pull off in your hands. It's the shoddiest, most pathetic thing I've ever seen in a toy. I can't even express my disappointment at this set up. It was a total joke.

    And one more thing -- the holster harness is made for an adult. I bought these pistols for my six-year old son for Halloween; there was no way possible to make the harness fit him, which is how I discovered how poorly the thing was put together. I ended up having to rip all of the belts off of the holsters and improvising my own set up.

    I will say, however, that the pistols are worth it. I think you can buy them individually, which is definitely what I would recommend. So, to recap, pistols good, harness bad. Really, really bad.

    Man darf vielleicht nicht zu viel erwarten. Ist halt einfache Verarbeitung aus Fernost. Die Anleitung kann man direkt in den Ofen werfen, weil sie nicht stimmt. Aber für paar lustige Stunden als richtiger Star Wars-Fan hat es sich für die Jungs gelohnt!
